Delivery will be made to the address indicated at the time of purchase to any adult residing at the address indicated at the time of purchase, for which the signature on the delivery note is sufficient. Applies to residential units with doorman service: receipt and signature of the doorman.

-Delivery time for Bogotá is 48-72 hours (on business days), for major cities it is 48-96 hours (on business days), and for the rest of the country, we deliver your order within 10 business days. Payment confirmation will be sent via email. For credit and debit card payments, our payment processor must approve the transaction, which may take up to two business days.

- For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, delivery time will begin on the next business day after your purchase is confirmed.

Approximately 3 business days after receiving the product at the warehouse, Mountain Food will evaluate the refund. (Only for returns related to product quality.) Depending on the payment method used for the purchase, the refund will be made via electronic transfer to a Mercado Pago account or to your credit card.

Credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days; this time is estimated and subject to the card-issuing bank's internal processing. Mountain Food will not be responsible for any deductions or withholdings from service fees that the financial institution may apply.

For payments made through PSE, smart payment platforms, or payment platforms, the refund will be made to a virtual Mercado Pago account associated with the email address used to make the purchase. Once the transaction is complete, the user can transfer the funds to their bank account free of charge.

If the product does not meet the conditions for return, we will inform you by email of the reason why the exchange and/or warranty is not applicable, and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.

Force Majeure: Mountain Food will make every effort to fulfill its obligations arising from Purchases made by Users through the Portal. However, it will not be liable for delays, non-compliance, or other anomalies if the delay, non-compliance, or anomaly is due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, traffic accidents, among others.
